When regeneration specialists Urban Splash approached us to create a video campaign for their Port Loop development in Birmingham, we knew we had something special to work with. The brief was o produce three 60-second videos that showcased Port Loop’s stunning modern homes, while also highlighting its unique blend of green space, waterside living, and urban convenience. It’s a place just 15 minutes from the city centre, yet it feels a world away.
Services Provided
Production: We kicked things off with a tight creative process, scripting three 60-second videos that would each tell a distinct part of the Port Loop story. The aim was to strike the right balance between showcasing modern architecture and capturing the peaceful, outdoorsy lifestyle, and the proximity to the city centre. Every script was tailored to reflect Urban Splash’s vision while keeping things snappy and social-media ready.
Filming: We shot beautiful interiors of the architect-designed homes and captured sweeping drone footage of the canal loop and green space that surrounds the development. To show off the community vibe, we linked up with a local running club and cycling group, bringing a natural, real-world energy to the lifestyle angle.
Editing: All post-production was handled in-house, from shaping the story flow to colour grading and sound. Each video was edited to feel clean, aspirational, and true to the relaxed but connected pace of life at Port Loop.
